Shipping and handling
All online orders are shipped using DPD and typically arrive within 3-5 business days after the order has been accepted and processed by Jacadi.
We charge a flat rate for all DPD shipping within Ireland - the shipping charge is €5 for all orders.
Order tracking
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account at the top of any page and clicking on "Order History". This will show you the progression of your order, including shipping status.
