Delivery and returns
All online orders are shipped using An Post and typically arrive within 3-5 business days after the order has been accepted and processed by Jacadi.
We charge a flat rate for all shipping within Ireland - the shipping charge is €5 for all orders.
We do not ship outside of the Republic of Ireland.
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account at the top of any page and clicking on "Order History". This will show you the progression of your order, including shipping status.
You can return your items by post or to our store at Jacadi, 32 South King Street, Dublin D02 Y296, Ireland. We do not offer a return policy for sale items.
1. Make sure the items you are returning are unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging and with their original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original and undamaged shoe box. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. You can return the package instore or post it to Jacadi, 32 South King Street, Dublin, D02 Y296. We do not provide free returns.
3. Upon receiving your package, all returned items are subject to a quality assurance inspection process. Once approved, we will refund you for the products returned using the prices stated on your invoice. You will receive an email indicating the return has been processed and your refund will be applied to the original form of payment used for your order. Please allow 4 to 5 working days for it to reflect on your statement.
You can return your online purchase for a refund at our Jacadi Dublin store. Simply bring with you your packing slip, electronic receipt (available under “My Order” in your online account) or email confirmation.
If you request a refund, you will be refunded for the products returned using the prices stated on your invoice. Your refund will be applied to the original form of payment used online. Please allow 4 to 5 business days for the refund funds to reflect on your statement.
You will receive a confirmation by email indicating the return has been processed.
You may also exchange your online purchase instore.
Exchanges are not accepted on jacadi.ie
Customers need to return the original product and place a new order for their product of choice.
